The pouring rain could not keep New York’s Interior Design elite from celebrating ICFF week, “It’s like our fashion week!” explained my friend & personal guide on all that is interior, Paul Zansler.

Just yesterday evening I had the pleasure of attending the Opening Night At The Architects & Designers Building positioned at 150 58th Street in NY, showcasing ten floors of today’s leading suppliers for any and all interior needs. The showrooms housed stunning designs from Clive Christian, Poliform, and Poggenpohl spotlighting an eco-friendly kitchen by Eric Ripert

Some of my personal favorites include the classic nostalgic refrigerators by Smeg, beautiful waterproof art panels created by Alex Turco showcased at Listone Giordano and a simplistic lay out at B&B Italia featuring an exquisite library and over sized light installation.

Alongside the beautiful pieces, vignette displays and entertainment courtesy of Gabriel S. Faria of the Mr. Chuva Group, I found the well-noted Interior Design Magazine editor Cindy Allen and her two lovely friends talking shop. Francisco Quesada dressed ever so dandy while I spied one half of the handsome couple Steven Yates with Danny Wong sporting an eye catching tote.
